Haleon PLC has reported a significant change in ownership as Pfizer Inc. sold a substantial portion of its shares and ADSs in the company. This transaction resulted in Haleon repurchasing over 102 million of its shares, as per the terms agreed upon in September 2023. Following this transaction, Pfizer’s total voting rights in Haleon decreased, with the remaining shares held through BofA Securities, Inc. and Guaranty Nominees Limited.
