Petro Victory Raises $2.7 Million in Placement

Petro-Victory Energy (TSE:VRY) has released an update.

Petro Victory Energy Corp has successfully completed its private placement, raising USD $2.7 million by issuing over 1.2 million units at CAD $3.00 each, which includes a common share and a purchase warrant. The proceeds are earmarked for general working capital and the deal awaits final TSXV approval. Notably, the newly issued securities are subject to a four-month trading restriction.
