Perseus Mining Limited (AU:PRU) has released an update.
Perseus Mining Limited has increased its stake in OreCorp Limited, with its voting power rising to 51.03% following an off-market takeover bid. This change in Perseus’s substantial holding came through the acceptance of offers made under the takeover bid, with the consideration being A$0.575 in cash for each OreCorp ordinary share. Perseus’s new level of control reflects the acceptance of these offers and the completion of necessary transfers.
