Panthera Resources Secures £1.04M Equity Fundraise

Panthera Resources Plc (GB:PAT) has released an update.

Panthera Resources Plc has announced a successful conditional equity fundraise of approximately £1.04 million through the issue of over 18 million new ordinary shares, aimed at financing its projects in India and West Africa and its working capital commitments. The capital raise has attracted both new and existing investors and will assist the company as it seeks to resolve its arbitration with the Government of India regarding the Bhukia project. The new shares are set to commence trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange by the end of June 2024.
