Osteopore Ltd., a leader in 3D-printed bioresorbable implants, has successfully raised approximately A$3 million before costs, with a 97% take-up rate in its recent Entitlement and Shortfall Offer. The offer allowed shareholders to purchase new shares at A$0.029 each, reflecting robust support from investors. Final results of the offer and the issue of new shares and options are anticipated to occur on 8 May 2024.
