OSB Group PLC (GB:OSB) has released an update.
OSB Group PLC has bought back 125,506 of its own ordinary shares, which will be subsequently cancelled, reducing the total number of shares in issue to 390,266,042. The transaction, part of the company’s share buyback program initiated on 15 March 2024, involved purchases on several exchanges at prices ranging from £3.9140 to £4.0080 per share. The reduction in share count signifies that the total number of voting rights has also decreased to match the new total of ordinary shares in issue.
