Oroco Resource (TSE:OCO) has released an update.
Oroco Resource Corp. has announced the grant of incentive stock options to its directors, officers, employees, and consultants, totaling 6,235,000 shares at an exercise price of $0.75 each, valid for three years. The company’s management and directors were awarded over half of these options, which will vest over the course of 9 months. Oroco currently has a significant stake in the Santo Tomas Project in NW Mexico, which has been substantiated by extensive historical exploration and is strategically positioned near infrastructure.
