Capstone Copper Corp. has announced that Orion is selling 62.4 million of Capstone’s CHESS depository interests at A$9.50 each, totaling approximately A$593 million, set to close on April 9, 2024. The proceeds from this secondary offering will go directly to Orion, with no financial benefit to Capstone. After the sale, Orion will retain roughly 12% ownership in Capstone’s common shares.
