OrganiGram Holdings (TSE:OGI) has released an update.
OrganiGram Holdings Inc. has announced an overnight marketed public offering of 7.74 million units at C$3.23 each, aiming to raise approximately C$25 million. The offering includes an option for underwriters to purchase additional units for over-allotments, with each unit consisting of one common share and half a warrant, exercisable at C$3.65. Scheduled to close around April 2, 2024, the proceeds are intended to fund growth and general corporate purposes.
