OrganiGram Holdings (TSE:OGI) has released an update.
OrganiGram Holdings Inc. has entered into an underwriting agreement to sell 7,740,000 units at $3.23 each, raising $25 million in gross proceeds. The deal includes an over-allotment option for underwriters to purchase up to 1,161,000 additional units, potentially adding another $3.75 million. The offering is part of a larger $500 million financing strategy that includes sales in Canada and the U.S.
