Orange SA reported record first-half 2026 performance, with revenue up 3.5% to €20.9 billion and EBITDAaL up 5%, driven by double-digit growth in Africa and the Middle East and solid gains in France and Europe. Organic cash flow climbed to €2.2 billion and adjusted net income rose 11.8%, although net financial debt increased to €35.7 billion following the full consolidation of Spanish operator MasOrange.
The group raised its full-year guidance for EBITDAaL and organic cash flow as it executes its “Trust the future” plan, underpinned by European consolidation moves including taking full control of MasOrange and signing a memorandum of understanding to jointly acquire French rival SFR. Orange also advanced its infrastructure strategy with a data center joint venture with Morrison and the €1.3 billion acquisition of Scorefit to support France’s copper-to-fiber transition, reinforcing its leadership in key markets while committing to disciplined investment and sustainable value creation.
