An update from Okeanis Eco Tankers Corp. ( (ECO) ) is now available.

Okeanis Eco Tankers Corp. has declared a dividend of USD 5.25 per common share, with the payout approved by the board on August 4, 2026 and set in U.S. dollars, while distributions to shares registered in Euronext VPS will be made in Norwegian kroner. The move underscores the tanker operator’s strong cash generation and provides a significant return to shareholders across both its Oslo and New York listings.

Because of differing settlement cycles between the Oslo Stock Exchange’s T+2 and the New York Stock Exchange’s T+1 systems, ex-dividend and last trading dates with dividend rights will vary by market, and record date for both exchanges is fixed at August 14, 2026. The company also notes that Norway’s implementation of Central Securities Depository Regulation will delay actual cash receipt for VPS-registered shareholders by a few days, highlighting operational nuances for investors holding the dual-listed stock.

The most recent analyst rating on (ECO) stock is a Hold
with a $57.50 price target.
