Ocado Group PLC has partnered with Coles Group to commence operations of two state-of-the-art Customer Fulfilment Centres (CFCs) in Melbourne and Sydney, Australia. These CFCs, powered by the Ocado Smart Platform, aim to revolutionize the online grocery market with improved customer service, product freshness, and delivery efficiency. Ocado now operates 25 CFCs globally, reinforcing its position as a leader in grocery ecommerce innovation.
