Northrop Grumman Announces Leadership Changes and Financial Outlook

Northrop Grumman (NOC) just unveiled an update.

Northrop Grumman Corporation announced key leadership transitions with the retirement of David Keffer, the CFO, who will step down on October 1, 2024, but will stay on until February 2025 to ensure a smooth transition. Kenneth Crews will take over as CFO starting October 1, 2024, after serving in various financial roles within the company since 2004. Additionally, Mark Caylor will retire on July 26, 2024, and Roshan Roeder will succeed him. Benjamin Davies will become President of the Defense Systems Sector, overseeing the transferred Strategic Deterrent Systems division. The company also reiterated its financial outlook for 2024 in the same announcement.
