Next-ChemX Corp has announced a delay in filing its Form 10-Q (Quarter Report) for the financial period ending March 31, 2025. The delay is primarily due to the dismissal of their previous auditor, BF Borgers CPA PC, following a ruling by the Securities and Exchange Commission. The company has since engaged Fruci & Associates as their new auditor, who will be unable to complete the review until after May 19, 2025. Next-ChemX expects to resolve the backlog and complete necessary filings by the end of 2025. The company has indicated that no significant changes in financial results are anticipated.
