Nexa Resources (NEXA) has released an update.
Nexa Resources S.A. has expanded its 2024 mineral exploration program, achieving 9,951 meters of drilling in the first quarter, with future drilling activities expected to increase from the second quarter onwards. The company has made significant progress in Peru, with promising high-grade intersections at the Pasco Complex and Cerro Lindo, while drilling in Brazil and Namibia is set to resume in the coming quarter. Nexa’s targeted exploration aims to extend the lifespan of existing mines, with notable results from recent drilling in Aripuanã, Brazil.
