Neuren Pharmaceuticals Limited ( (AU:NEU) ) has issued an update.

Neuren reported strong financial performance for 2025, underpinned by DAYBUE royalties that drove a A$30 million profit, A$65 million in royalty income, and a cash position of A$296 million, giving the company substantial resources to fund its growth pipeline. DAYBUE’s commercial momentum remains robust, with U.S. net sales rising to US$391 million in 2025, accelerating in early 2026, and supported by the launch of a new powder formulation, DAYBUE STIX, while international expansion efforts progress in Japan, Europe and through named patient programs.

Strategically, Neuren is advancing NNZ-2591 through a pivotal Phase 3 trial in Phelan-McDermid syndrome, the first Phase 3 study for this condition, supported by strong community engagement and growing site activation. The company is also prioritising additional high-value indications for NNZ-2591, including hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy and Pitt Hopkins syndrome, aiming to be first to market in underserved neurological disorders and thereby enhance both patient outcomes and long-term shareholder value.
