Natwest Group Plc (Lse) (GB:NWG) has released an update.
NatWest Group plc has executed a share buyback, purchasing a total of 310,956 of its own ordinary shares through UBS AG, London Branch, with the intention of canceling them. The shares were bought on various trading venues at prices ranging from 273.60 to 275.00 GBp. Following this transaction, the company’s treasury will hold 149,622,983 shares, with 8,725,345,102 remaining in issue.
