Mustang Energy Corp. has announced a share exchange agreement to acquire Nucleus Uranium Ltd., a company based in British Columbia, which owns the Nucleus Saskatchewan project in the Athabasca Basin. This acquisition will make Nucleus a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mustang, enhancing Mustang’s portfolio in the uranium sector. The transaction involves issuing 9,000,000 common shares of Mustang to the sole shareholder of Nucleus, Golden Mile Resources Corp. The acquisition is expected to be completed by May 26, 2025, pending standard conditions and approvals.
