Morrow Bank has entered into an agreement with Silver Point Capital to sell a portion of its non-performing unsecured loans in Finland, valued at approximately EUR 72 million. This transaction aims to reduce the bank’s non-performing loan exposure risk and improve its capital ratios without affecting profitability, with the deal expected to close by the end of the third quarter of 2025.
