Morningstar, Inc. has announced the appointment of Conan Wiersema as the new principal accounting officer starting March 15, 2024, following the tenure of Jason Dubinsky who remains the CFO. Wiersema, with a rich background in auditing, including a significant role at Univar Solutions, steps into his new role with a competitive salary and eligibility for annual bonuses and equity awards. In tandem with this leadership change, Morningstar also declared a quarterly dividend of 40.5 cents per share, showing a continued commitment to shareholder returns.
