Mobivity Holdings Corp. (MFON) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
On January 29, 2024, Will Sanchez agreed with Mobivity Holdings Corp.’s Board to step down as Chief Financial Officer, prompting a search for his successor with candidates from both within and outside the company. The same day, Skye Fossey-Tomaske, who has been with the company since May 2021, was appointed as the Interim CFO. Her previous experience includes managing accounting for various companies, including setting up new departments and systems. No new compensatory arrangements were made with her upon appointment, and there are no familial or financial disclosures required.
