Mirasol Resources Ltd. has successfully completed the initial phase of its non-brokered private placement, raising over $2.3 million through the issuance of nearly 3.9 million units at $0.60 each. These funds are earmarked for further exploration and drilling at the company’s primary sites in Chile and Argentina, as well as for general corporate needs. The offering also included participation from key company insiders, who purchased a significant portion of the units.
