Mr. Milton Carroll has informed the Halliburton Company’s Board of Directors of his intention not to seek re-election when his term concludes just before the May 15, 2024 shareholder meeting. His choice is not due to any disputes regarding the company’s operations, policies, or practices, and he will remain in his role until the end of his term.
