Metlife (MET) has provided an update.
MetLife, Inc. has enhanced its Board of Directors with the addition of Laura J. Hay, who brings an independent perspective to the table. She has been assigned to both the Audit Committee and the Finance and Risk Committee. As part of her directorship, Hay will receive the standard compensation for non-management directors at MetLife, consisting of a mix of stock and cash that totals $325,000 annually, adjusted for her partial-year service.
