Mercury NZ ( (MGHTF) ) just unveiled an update.

Mercury NZ Limited has announced that Lorraine Witten will not seek re-election at the upcoming Annual Shareholders’ Meeting, marking her retirement from the Board after three years of service. Her departure follows her contributions to the Risk Assurance and Audit Committee, now known as the Audit and Financial Risk Committee. The Board Chair, Scott St John, expressed gratitude for her commercial acumen and executive experience, which have been beneficial to the company. Witten will step down after the completion of the FY2025 annual financial statements in August.
