Mercia Asset Management Plc (GB:MERC) has released an update.
Mercia Asset Management PLC, a specialist asset manager with around £1.5 billion in managed assets, has recently bought back 280,000 of its own shares at a price of 35.20 pence per share on the London Stock Exchange. The repurchased shares will be held in treasury. Subsequent to this, and the exercise of employee share options, the total number of Ordinary shares in issue is now 434,022,109, excluding treasury shares.
