Mears Group PLC, a UK housing services leader, has been awarded a significant contract by North Lanarkshire Council to provide maintenance and investment services for up to 12 years, valued at over £125m annually. This deal reaffirms Mears’ established partnership with NLC, covering roughly 37,000 homes and 1,200 corporate buildings, ensuring reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, inspections, and planned work programs. The company, known for managing around 450,000 homes nationwide and prioritizing long-term community impact, continues to solidify its market-leading position with this new contract.
