Matthew Oommen stepped down from his position on the board of directors of Airspan Networks Holdings Inc. with immediate effect on February 15, 2024. His departure was amicable, with no disputes over the company’s operations, policies, or practices, and Airspan Networks has expressed gratitude for Oommen’s contributions during his tenure.
