Manx Financial Group PLC has successfully concluded its AGM, announcing a dividend of 0.4551 pence per share for 2023, payable on June 24, 2024, to registered shareholders as of May 17. Shareholders have the option to receive this dividend in the form of new ordinary shares through a Scrip Dividend Scheme. An error in the Directors’ remuneration report was also corrected, showing an overstatement of £50,000, which did not materially affect the reported figures.
