ManpowerGroup Announces Board Member William Downe’s Retirement

ManpowerGroup (MAN) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.

William Downe is set to retire from ManpowerGroup’s Board of Directors at the upcoming annual shareholders’ meeting in 2024, after serving since 2011 and acting as lead director for six years. His planned departure is part of a routine board rotation and is not due to any disagreements with the company’s operations or policies. Following his exit, ManpowerGroup’s Board will consist of 11 directors, with no immediate plans to replace Downe’s position.
