Lucky Minerals Inc. is progressing towards the acquisition of the Prudhomme property in Northern Quebec, having received conditional TSX Venture Exchange approval and working on meeting closing conditions, including a concurrent private placement. The company has been granted an extension for its 2023 Annual General Meeting, now set for April 30, 2024, as it awaits final TSXV approvals for the acquisition and private placement.
