This move comes after the shareholder groups withdrew their demands to inspect the company’s books. The agreement includes conditions on board nominations for upcoming annual meetings, voting commitments from the shareholders, and a mutual non-disparagement pact until the agreement’s termination, which is set before the company’s fiscal year 2027 annual meeting.
