Ovintiv (OVV) has released an update.
Lee A. McIntire has announced his retirement from the Board of Directors of Ovintiv Inc., effective at the end of his term, and will not seek re-election at the 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. His departure is amicable, with no disputes reported regarding the company’s operations, policies, or practices. Following his retirement, the Board plans to adjust the number of directors to eleven. Ovintiv Inc. expresses gratitude to McIntire for his contributions during his tenure.
