Tan Chong International Limited has announced changes in its boardroom lineup effective from April 12, 2024, including the stepping down of Mr. Joseph Ong Yong Loke as deputy chairman, while remaining a non-executive director. Taking over the deputy chairman role will be Mr. Charles Tseng Chia Chun, with Ms. Gillian Tan Tsui Lyn transitioning from a non-executive to an executive director position.
