Laurion Mineral Exploration Inc. has successfully completed a private placement, issuing 3,725,633 flow-through shares at $0.45 each, raising a total of $1,676,535. The funds will support Canadian exploration expenses, with tax benefits to be passed on to the investors. The shares are subject to a four-month hold period, and the transaction is awaiting final TSX Venture Exchange approval.
