KT Corporation (KT) has released an update.
KT Corporation has successfully held its 42nd Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, reporting solid financial performance with consolidated net income of KRW 988,718 million and a basic EPS of KRW 4,043. Shareholders were pleased with the approval of a generous cash dividend of KRW 1,960 per share, equating to a dividend yield of 5.5%. Additionally, resolutions including the introduction of quarterly dividends and amendments to the dividend payment record date were approved as proposed.
