Kogan.com Ltd. (AU:KGN) has released an update.
Kogan.com Ltd has reported a change in director Ruslan Kogan’s interests, where he has exercised 3.6 million options for cash settlement, resulting in no options held after the change. The director still holds over 15.5 million ordinary shares indirectly via Kogan Management Pty Ltd and additional shares through another trust. No new securities were acquired, and the director’s total interests now exclude the previously held options but include 303,504 Performance Rights granted at the 2023 AGM.
