Jiangxi Copper Corporation Limited (JCC), the principal shareholder of Jiangxi Copper Company Limited, received a warning from the Shandong Regulatory Bureau due to a breach of undertakings related to avoiding business competition with its subsidiary, Humon Smelting. The regulatory body has issued a warning letter and mandated JCC to fulfill its obligations and report back within 30 days. JCC is currently assessing the situation and has previously submitted a rectification report to the bureau.
