JetBlue Airways (JBLU) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
JetBlue Airways Corporation has named Warren Christie as its new Chief Operating Officer effective February 12, 2024. Bringing over 30 years of aviation experience, Christie, who has been with JetBlue since 2003, will oversee operational performance including airports, flight operations, inflight experience, safety, security, and maintenance. His new compensation includes a $530,000 base salary, up to 90% of that as a bonus, and equity incentives worth $1,200,000. There are no reported conflicts of interest or familial relationships with other company executives regarding his appointment.
