InterContinental Hotels (GB:IHG) has released an update.
InterContinental Hotels Group PLC announced the buyback of 94,241 of its own shares on August 8, 2024, through Goldman Sachs International on the London Stock Exchange, with prices ranging from £71.54 to £72.52 per share. The company plans to cancel the repurchased shares, which will reduce the total number of ordinary shares in issue. This move comes after obtaining shareholder approval during their Annual General Meeting earlier that year.
