InterContinental Hotels Group PLC has completed a share buyback transaction on May 17, 2024, purchasing 59,849 of its ordinary shares at prices ranging from £77.9200 to £78.2800 per share, with the intention to cancel these shares. The company’s remaining shares in issue total 162,459,870, excluding treasury-held shares. This move is part of a share repurchase plan authorized by shareholders during the Annual General Meeting on May 3, 2024.
