Intel Raises $2.55 Billion Through Senior Notes Issuance

Intel (INTC) has released an update.

Intel Corporation successfully issued a series of Senior Notes raising $2.55 billion to bolster its financial position. The offering included three sets of notes with varying maturities and interest rates: 5.000% due in 2031, 5.150% due in 2034, and 5.600% due in 2054. The proceeds from this strategic financial move, netting approximately $2.53 billion after underwriting discounts and before expenses, aim to support Intel’s ongoing and future endeavors.
