Inmobiliaria Colonial reported a significant increase in its financial results for the first half of 2024, with net profit soaring by 125% to €86 million and a recurring net income per share growth of 6%. Rental income rose by 5%, driven by a notable 14% increase in Paris, while signed contracts saw rent increases of 9%, and Paris outperformed with a 22% hike. The company also maintained solid occupancy levels at 97%, completed asset sales above appraisal value, and successfully executed a capital increase of €622 million.
