Indivior plc has announced the buyback and subsequent cancellation of 13,653 of its ordinary shares on April 29, 2024, with the transaction being executed through Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc. The shares were purchased at prices ranging from 1,384.00 to 1,452.00, with a volume-weighted average price of 1,414.87. Following this buyback, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in issue stands at 135,397,154.
