Imperial Oil (IMO) has issued an announcement.
Matthew Crocker will not seek re-election as a director in the upcoming annual meeting on April 30, 2024. Instead, Neil Hansen, currently serving as Senior Vice-President of Energy Products at ExxonMobil Product Solutions, has been nominated by the board to join the slate of director nominees following a recommendation from the nominations and corporate governance committee.
