IG Group Holdings (GB:IGG) has released an update.
IG Group Holdings plc has announced the repurchase of 38,487 of its ordinary shares at an average price of 783.0419 pence per share, with the intention of cancelling them. This latest buy-back is part of a larger program that since November 2023 has seen the company acquire over 16 million shares at a total cost of approximately £115 million. The transaction was brokered by J.P. Morgan Securities plc and will reduce the total number of shares in issue to 373,555,879.
