Icl (ICL) has released an update.
ICL Group Ltd. has announced the dismissal of a class action lawsuit by the Tel Aviv District Court, which had been filed against the company and related parties over alleged violations of reporting obligations. The court ruled that there was no misrepresentation in ICL’s reports, no damages were caused, and the claims were dismissed due to statute of limitations, with the applicant also being ordered to cover part of the legal expenses.
