IBM has revamped its reportable segments to better align with its operational management and resource allocation, effective from the first quarter of 2024. This restructuring does not affect the company’s overall consolidated financial results. For stakeholders’ reference, IBM has made available recast historical financials for 2022 and 2023, along with necessary reconciliations from non-GAAP measures to standard GAAP metrics, on its Investor Relations website.
