i-Control Holdings Limited has announced the appointment of Ms. Ho Wing Shan as a non-executive Director, effective from 2 October 2024. With over 15 years of experience in the banking sector and current directorship at Harbour Equine Holdings Limited, Ms. Ho’s appointment is part of the company’s strategic board enhancement. Her director’s fee has been set at HK$150,000 annually, subject to review, and her term will extend until 31 March 2027, following the company’s governance and remuneration policies.
